With this mentorship program, from the University of Vigo, We want you, as a graduate or student in your final bachelor's, master's and doctoral courses, to improve your employability skills through the advice and guidance of a practicing professional in your same area of knowledge.
If you want to complement this program with an individualized job orientation interview, do not hesitate to contact the job orientation service of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Area of the university itself.
The ultimate goal is to improve the employment opportunities of people participating in this program.
You canAny professional registered in the alumni-UVigo community who has experience in a certain sector and wants to dedicate, in an altruistic way, a small part of their time sharing their professional experience, support, motivation and constructive criticism with the aim of improve the professional integration of students and graduates from the University of Vigo on their journey to joining the labor market.
Yes, as long as you are student of the last bachelor's, master's or doctoral courses of the University of Vigo or a graduate registered in the alumni-UVigo community and who is willing to learn about the experience of a professional and receive their support, motivation and constructive criticism with the aim of helping you on your journey to entering the job market.
There will be collaborations between the profiles and roles assumed by some of the alumni. Expert, mentor, host, ambassador, patron or sponsor are some of the roles you can play. or enjoy within the alumni.
It is not mandatory to belong to any of these groups, but it is a great advantage to have people with great experience and make it available to alumni.
